<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding core using a reinforcing sheet to reduce cost and weight, which has favorable mechanical strength and deflection property and which excels in durability. <P>SOLUTION: The winding core 1 has an axial direction X and a circumferential direction Y.
