Provided is a method for producing a transparent fiber composite resin layer-containing multilayered sheet having a superior gas barrier property, by forming an inorganic film denser than a conventional film on a transparent fiber composite resin sheet. In the method for producing a transparent fiber composite resin layer-containing multilayered sheet according to the present invention, during heating of a transparent fiber composite resin sheet or a transparent fiber composite resin layer-containing multilayered original fabric sheet, a transparent inorganic film is formed at least on one side of the transparent fiber composite resin sheet or the transparent fiber composite resin layer-containing multilayered original fabric sheet. Preferably, the heating is performed so that the temperature of the transparent fiber composite resin sheet or the transparent fiber composite resin layer-containing multilayered original fabric sheet becomes 150°C to "a resin component deterioration temperature" inclusive.
