<p>[Problem] To obtain a hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment, which has high membrane performance, allows for a reduction in false positives for leakage, has excellent anti-oxidation performance and blood compatibility, is low-risk in terms of elution of hydrophilic polymer and hollow fiber leakage, is easy to prime, and has high transmission performance stability in a harsh environment. [Solution] A hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment, the hollow fiber membrane comprising a hydrophilic polymer, a polysulfone-based resin, and a fat-soluble vitamin, wherein: a hydrophilic polymer content (A), which is the mass ratio of the hydrophilic polymer with respect to the total mass of the hydrophilic polymer and the polysulfone-based resin in the entire hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment, is 3-10 mass%; a hydrophilic polymer prevalence (B), which is the mass ratio of the hydrophilic polymer with respect to the total mass of the hydrophilic polymer and the polysulfone-based resin in an inner surface of the hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment, is 35-50 mass%; and the fat-soluble vitamin prevalence in the entire surface of the hollow fiber membrane for blood treatment is 0.5-25 mg per 1g of the hollow fiber membrane.</p> |
