<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module for suppressing the generation of a radiation magnetic field caused by high-frequency current, and a drive apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a power module 60A having MOS81 to 86 configuring a three-phases (U-phase, V-phase, W-phase) inverter circuit, taking a semiconductor unit for U-phase as an example, a power supply side conductor 552 comprises: a first wide part 56 in which an upper MOS81 is mounted thereon; and a first narrow part 57 extending from the first wide part 56 to a power supply voltage terminal 652. The narrow part 57 is provided adjacent to a ground side conductor 553 at the ground side conductor 553 side of the wide part 56. Thereby it is possible to make a current path Ri from the power supply voltage terminal 652 to a ground terminal 653 as short as possible, and to make a loop area of the high-frequency current as small as possible. Therefore the generation of a radiation magnetic field caused by the high-frequency current flowing due to switching operations of MOS81, 84, can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
