<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a projected image not to cause a blank portion when projecting on a screen. <P>SOLUTION: An image projection device includes: an image projection part 100 for forming a projection image by projecting light from a light modulation element 130 on a projected surface 210; an area setting part 50 for setting a display area with respect to a light modulation element driving part 110; a resolution conversion part 20 for performing resolution conversion on an image signal input to an input part 10 and outputting the converted image signal to the light modulation element driving part 110; and a processing changing part 30 for setting a resolution conversion method performed at the resolution conversion part 20. The processing changing part 30 acquires a state of the projected surface 210 and area information set at the area setting part so as to form a projection image corresponding to the input signal on the projected surface 210 from a memory part 40, and based on the information and information of the image signal sent from the input part 10 to the resolution conversion part 20, changes the resolution conversion method performed at the resolution conversion part 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
