<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distribution system and a content distribution method capable of performing operation control for respective contents with a simple method, and a server and a user side terminal included therein. <P>SOLUTION: The content distribution system according to the invention includes a server 150 for distributing content, and a user side terminal having a video terminal 110 as a first terminal function for outputting the content distributed from the server 150 and a portable terminal 130 as a second terminal function for accepting an input from a user.
