<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a practical blade by paying attention to an ether-based polyurethane that has hydrolysis resistance but is inferior in the abrasion resistance to an ester-based polyurethane and therefore is considered to be inappropriate for a blade material. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic member for electrophotographic apparatus comprises an ether-based polyurethane obtained by using, as a hardening catalyst, a saturated fatty acid alkali metal salt and an organic tin compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
