<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a long magnesium diboride superconducting wire rod of km order, and a magnesium diboride superconducting wire rod manufactured by this method. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a magnesium diboride superconducting wire rod includes the steps of: sending a core material 4 from a feeding bobbin 13; evaporating magnesium and boron, and continuously vapor-depositing magnesium diboride on the sent core material 4; and winding the core material 4 on which the magnesium diboride was vapor-deposited on a take-up bobbin 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
