摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration measuring device which allows easy adjustment of a F-number and an exposure time T of a high-speed imaging camera as well as an intensity I of excitation light. <P>SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration measuring device 1 includes: a light irradiation part 10 with a light source 15 for irradiating an area to be measured that is coated with a fluorescent paint having oxygen quenching ability with excitation light; an imaging part 20 with an imaging device 21 for imaging a fluorescence intensity distribution of the fluorescent paint coat applied on the area to be measured; and a control part 40 for measuring an oxygen concentration distribution of the area to be measured on the basis of the fluorescence intensity distribution, and allows adjustment of an aperture (F) and an exposure time (T) of the imaging device 21. At an input device 43 for performing input operations and a control part 43, an intensity (I) of the excitation light is also set in addition to setting the aperture (F) and the exposure time (T) of the imaging device 21, on the basis of a depth of focus (d) and a measurement time interval (t) input by the input device 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
