The invention relates to a device for the negative pressure therapy of wounds, said device containing: (a) a covering material for the air-tight sealing of a wound region, (b) optionally, a means of attaching a negative pressure source, and (c) a wound dressing containing (c1) a non-woven that is wetted with (c2) an ointment base. The invention also relates to a method for producing a corresponding wound dressing. The invention further relates to the use of a non-woven that is wetted with an ointment base for use as a wound dressing in the negative pressure therapy of wounds.
