摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The X-ray detector has a scintillator (14) for converting an X-ray radiation into light. An active matrix (15) with pixel elements (13) is arranged below the scintillator. Each pixel element has a photodiode (10) with a photosensitive photodiode area and a switching element. The surface of the pixel element is provided with light-sensitive photodiode areas and light-insensitive areas. A structural layer (20) is arranged between the scintillator and active matrix so that the light is indirectly provided to light-sensitive photodiode area of pixel element. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is included for manufacturing method of X-ray detector. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Medical X-ray detector used ininterventional radiography, angiography and mammography, for imaging target region of patient during surgery. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The structural layer is arranged between the scintillator and active matrix, so that high quality imaging of target region is achieved and efficiency of X-ray detector is improved. The resolution of X-ray detector is enhanced.
