The thin-film solar cell module is equipped with a substrate and a cell module comprising three or more cell strings with specific widths. Each cell string is equipped with multiple solar cells which have the same width as the width of said cell string and are connected serially. The aforementioned cell strings have the same length in the direction the aforementioned solar cells are serially connected, are provided side by side on the aforementioned substrate, and are connected in parallel with one another. Each of the aforementioned solar cells has a front-side electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer, and a back-side electrode which are layered in said order. In each cell string, the front-side electrode of one of the aforementioned solar cells and the back-side electrode of another solar cell are electrically connected, and a contact line is provided. The cell strings provided at both ends of the aforementioned three or more cell strings are narrower than the other cell strings. |
