<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation tool capable of being used to be freezed by being stacked in a large amount as it is. <P>SOLUTION: A cold insulation sheet 2 is placed inside a resin-made net-like outer bag 1. The cold insulation sheet 2 has bag parts 2a, 2a enclosing a water absorption resin like separate packagings.
