<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device allowing human body communication, a vehicle controller using the human body communication and a vehicle control method using the human body communication, capable of achieving maximum convenience of a user by differentiating vehicle control in accordance with grade-based authentication information transmitted from the user on the basis of the human body communication. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal device allowing human body communication includes authentication information storage means that stores various types of grade-based authentication information, and control means that transmits authentication information of a preset grade to human body communication means when a communication path using a human body as a medium is established between the human body communication means and an external vehicle controller.
