<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional video display device which enables a user to easily check whether a present viewing position is in a 3D viewing region. <P>SOLUTION: According to this embodiment, when an event requesting a check of a viewing position occurs, the three-dimensional video display device displays on a display an image for three-dimensional display which is obtained using a left-eye image and a right-eye image included in three-dimensional static image data for test stored in a storage device within the three-dimensional video display device, thereby displaying a three-dimensional image for test.
