<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a focus adjustment optical system at a proper timing. <P>SOLUTION: An optical system drive control device includes a photographic optical system 1 including a variable power optical system 1A and a focus adjustment optical system 1B, a drive part 11 driving the focus adjustment optical system 1B in an optical axial direction, a supply part 12 supplying power to the drive part before the drive of the focus adjustment optical system 1B is started, during the drive of the focus adjustment optical system 1B, and after the drive of the focus adjustment optical system 1B is completed, a drive control part 4 controlling the drive part 11 and the supply part 12, so as to drive the focus adjustment optical system 1B by a predetermined amount, whenever the variable power optical system 1A is driven by the predetermined amount, and a determination part 4 determining whether or not the variable power optical system 1A is further driven by the predetermined amount, after the drive is completed, before the predetermined amount of drive of the variable power optical system 1A is completed. When the predetermine amount of drive of the focus adjustment optical system 1B by the drive part 11 is completed before the determination is performed by the determination part 4, the drive control part 4 controls the supply part 12 so as to continue the supply of the power to the drive part 11 after the drive of the focus adjustment optical system 1B is completed, at least until the determination is performed by the determination part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
