<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the print output time of the entire print data. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus includes: a setting means, wherein when the time of an RIP processing of a page of one of two or more pages in a processing section passes a fixed time, and the RIP processing of the page of one is incomplete, and a previous page from the page of one is completed, the setting means sets a processing section including only the page of the previous completed RIP processing whose number of pages is less than the given number of pages; a skewer imposition re-setting means which performs re-setting of a skewer imposition to two or more pages in the processing section so that two or more pages of the completed RIP processing in the processing section set by the setting means in a region in one page of a physical page are arranged; and an output means which performs printing output of two or more pages in the processing section based on the skewer imposition re-set by the re-setting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
