PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND PROCESS OF FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production process and equipment of a fiber-reinforced resin sheet capable of impregnating a matrix resin sufficiently to a reinforcing fiber substrate.

SOLUTION: The production process of fiber-reinforced resin sheet includes the step of: impregnating a matrix resin M to a reinforcing fiber F by feeding the reinforcing fiber substrate F that remains pulled and aligned in one direction and matrix resin P that remains fluidizable through the pair of pressing members 11, 12; and by pressing the reinforcing fiber substrate F and matrix resin P with a pair of pressing members. The matrix resin P is impregnated to the reinforcing fiber substrate F by pressing the reinforcing fiber substrate F through the pair of pressing members 11, 12 while loosening the reinforcing fibers with a plurality of projections 11a, using a pressing member the surface of which has a plurality of projections 11a formed at least as a pressing member 11 of the pair of pressing members 11, 12.
