<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle electronic control device, along with a driving information storage system, which reduces in-vehicle communication load and prevents the delay of memory of time and date. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving the time of the regular reference date, which a parent ECU 10 transmits periodically, a child ECU 20 sets up the time of the received reference date as a measurement starting date and measures the elapsed time from the measurement starting date by the time measurement counter 32 which is an internal counter of CPU 30. The same keeps the time of a tentative reference date set up as the measurement starting date until it receives the time of the reference date from the parent ECU 10. If a predetermined vehicle behavior occurs, the child ECU 20 will memorize the driving information of vehicle and the time, which adds and computes the elapsed time to the measurement starting date, in a memory 24. When the memorized date is the tentative date which is computed by the tentative reference date and the elapsed time, the child ECU 20 rewrites the memorized tentative date to the regular date by the time lag of the regular reference date and the tentative date at that time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
