<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a startup circuit that dispenses with an enable or any other control signal and minimizes a current consumption after completing a startup operation. <P>SOLUTION: The startup circuit for a target circuit having a first stable state in which currents of two current routes are zero and a node N11 is at a high potential and a second stable state in which the currents of the two current routes are the same nonzero value and the node N11 is at a first predetermined value lower than the high potential comprises: a transistor MN21 for outputting a detection output when the potential of the node N11 exceeds the first predetermined value; a transistor MN23 for generating a bias voltage when MN21 outputs the detection output; and a transistor MN22 for lowering the potential of the node N11 when MN23 generates the bias voltage. When the voltage of the node N11 reaches the first predetermined value, MN21 stops outputting the detection output, MN23 stops generating the bias voltage and MN22 stops operating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
