EXPOSURE HEAD AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an imaging optical system of three lenses and to ensure a long working distance while downsizing an exposure head by limiting the size of the lens which is closest to the image.

SOLUTION: The exposure head includes: light emitting elements which emit light; first lenses which allow the light emitted from the light emitting elements to pass; a first light-permeable base plate which supports lenses of the first; lenses of the second which allow the light passing through the first lenses to pass; a second light-permeable base plate which supports the lenses of the second; third lenses which allow the light passing through the second lenses to pass; a third light-permeable base plate which supports the third lenses by its side facing the light emitting elements and has a thickness smaller than that of the first light-permeable base plate and of the second light-permeable base plate.
