<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thienothiophene compound usable as a monomer component of a thienothiophene copolymer exhibiting semiconduction, having high electroconductivity in the state of being doped with an anion, and having atmospheric stability without a decrease in electroconductivity by air exposure. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a thienothiophene compound represented by chemical formula (1) (wherein, each R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is individually the same or different one selected from H, 1-20C alkyl which may have a substituent and 1-20C alkoxy which may have a substituent; and each -O-R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>is individually the same or different side chain group comprising 1-20C alkyl which may have a substituent). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
