摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for batch-manufacturing composite panels (AA) using aerated light concrete (60, 60') by stacking multiple steel stud panels (A) and injection-solidifying and high-temperature steam-curing the aerated light concrete (60, 60'). The apparatus consists essentially of: a bottom plate (110) installed such that one end of same is lifted at a predetermined angle (?) from the ground; two side plates (120) vertically installed at both side ends of the bottom plate (110); a back plate (130) installed at one end of the bottom plate (110) such that the back plate (130) is tilted at said predetermined angle (?) and closes the opening of a back surface formed by said two side plates (120); a water-resistant sheet (160) installed in the opening of a front surface formed by said two side plates (120); a roof (140) installed on an upper surface formed by said two side plates (120); a door (150) installed in the opening of the front surface formed by said two side plates (120); a plurality of aerated light concrete injection ports (N) formed on the back plate (130) so as to inject aerated light concrete (60, 60') at a predetermined pressure; a plurality of distributors (E) installed on the inner surface of the back plate (130) in order to perform a vertical open/close function for the injected aerated light concrete (60, 60') or to prevent the injection of hydrolysates generated during an initial condensation process; a plurality of spacers (M) installed at other ends of the plurality of composite panels (AA) which are stacked within the apparatus and which use said aerated light concrete, wherein which each of the plurality of spacers has an air bubble discharge port (M2); and a plurality of cast panels (180) arranged among said steel stud panels (A) stacked within the apparatus. The aerated light concrete (60, 60') injected through the aerated light concrete injection ports (N) fills from the lower portion of one end of the lowermost steel stud panel (A) stacked at a predetermined angle (?) and rises such that the steel stud panel (A) stacked immediately above the lowermost steel stud panel (A) starts being filled before the filling of an upper portion of an intermediate part of the other end of the lowermost steel stud panel (A). The air bubbles collected in the upper portion of the other end of the lower steel stud panel (A) flow to the upper steel stud panel (A), or are discharged to the outside, through the air bubble discharge ports (M2). The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a composite panel using aerated light concrete using said apparatus for manufacturing, and to a composite panel as a final product using aerated light concrete.
