A solid particle for washing and washing method using the same are provided. The solid particle is a polymer solid particle (1), which is characterized in that there are opening pores (2) distributing on the solid particle surface. The washing method using the said particle is also provided, which comprises steps of separating the articles to be washed with the solid particles, rinsing the articles to be washed and drying the articles to be washed.
