The production plant (10) has control system robots (14) and human workers (16) that are assigned to workstations (12) based on production requirement criterion. The control system robots are mounted manually on retention devices (18) which are formed in lightweight construction way. The retention devices are provided with handling elements. An independent claim is included for method for operating production plant.
