<p>The corrosion-protected system comprises profiles that are parallely arranged to each other, and a commutator, which is arranged between the profiles. The profiles open at an end side in a respective collector. The profiles, the commutator and the collector are made of different aluminum alloys. The profiles are connected to the commutator and the collectors via a hard soldering. A coating is provided on a surface of the profile for hard soldering, and comprises a fluxing agent (3-5 g/m 2>) and a solder coating on the basis of silicon. The silicon is contained in the form of silicon-powder particle or hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloy particle in the coating, where the particle has a particle size of 2-25 mu m. The zinc is contained in the form of zinc powder particle in the coating. The profile is micro multi-chamber hollow profile. An independent claim is included for a dry mixture for coating a hard soldering of heat exchange-component.</p> |
