<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer that can effectively clean a mask. <P>SOLUTION: The printer 100 includes: a mask table 5 which holds the mask 120 and also inclines the mask 120 in plan view; a cleaning part 4 which moves along a lower surface of the mask 120 in a Y2 direction relative to the mask 120 to clean the mask 120; and an arithmetic processing part 101 for controlling the cleaning part 4 to move along the lower surface of the mask 120 in the Y2 direction while inclining the mask 120 relative to a Y direction in a plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
