<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align long, thin and soft annular packings without tangling one another and automatically supply them to a heat exchanger core 15 or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Numerous seal packings 2 are bonded to a long tape 3 so as to be peelable, and the tape 3 is supplied to an attaching position by a tape supplying device 4.
