CHARGE CONTROL DEVICE AND ILLUMINATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device and an illuminating apparatus, capable of switching charge control in accordance with a discharge time to a load or a charge time to a battery.

SOLUTION: A charge control device and an illuminating apparatus include: a first charge control circuit for charging a battery by a first charge current value; a second charge control circuit for charging the battery by a second charge current value which is larger than the first charge current value; a discharge time detection circuit for measuring a discharge time from the battery to a load; and a first charge control detection circuit for measuring a charge time by the first charge control circuit. The charge control device and the illuminating apparatus charge the battery by the second charge control circuit when the charge time measured by the first charge control detection circuit is equal to or more than a first prescribed time, or the discharge time measured by the discharge time detection circuit is equal to or more than a second prescribed time.
