<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc-nickel alloy plating liquid capable of realizing excellent alkaline zinc-nickel alloy plating without using nickel sulfate. <P>SOLUTION: The alkaline zinc-nickel alloy plating liquid contains zinc, nickel, an electric conductive salt, and a complexing agent of nickel, and does not contain an aromatic sulfonic acid, an aromatic sulfonamide, an aromatic sulfonimide, an acetylenic compound, an allyl compound, a nitrile compound, and sulfate.
