<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide charge/discharge technology for controlling a battery pack system without promoting the degradation or reduction in the life thereof, the battery pack system being composed of a plurality of parallel connected units, each consisting of a secondary battery and a power converter, which are provided with a function to control charging/discharging of each unit, so that when any unit is charged or discharged at least once or more, the unit is controlled not to be charged or discharged until a prescribed pause time elapses. <P>SOLUTION: In a battery pack system composed of a plurality of parallel connected units, each consisting of a secondary battery and a power converter, which are provided with a function to control charging/discharging of each unit, charging/discharging of each unit is controlled in such a way to achieve the above objective in which when any unit is charged or discharged at least once or more, the unit is controlled not to be charged or discharged until a prescribed pause time elapses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
