<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a current/voltage conversion circuit and an integrated circuit, capable of switching ranges automatically while satisfying requirements of a low noise current, multi ranges, a high speed response, a low circuit power supply voltage, a bipolar operation and a small scale circuit; and an electronic circuit board or an electronic apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A current/voltage conversion circuit includes: a first operational amplifier; and an I/V conversion section provided in each range group of a plurality of range groups, for performing I/V conversion of an input current to be inputted between a current input terminal and a ground terminal independently for each range group, the I/V conversion section being provided with an I/V conversion operational amplifier. Accordingly, the circuit can perform automatic range switching within the range group, and also can perform automatic range switching among the range groups. The current/voltage conversion circuit is realized as a whole, capable of switching ranges automatically while satisfying requirements of a low noise current, multi ranges, a high speed response, a low circuit power supply voltage, a bipolar operation, and a small scale circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
