PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record noise information indicating a noise generation for preventing a target sound from degrading due to a noise reduction processing.

SOLUTION: The noise information recording apparatus comprises: an operation detection part which outputs a signal corresponding to an operation state of a constituent member; an operation timing determination part which determines whether or not the constituent member operated based on a signal outputted from the operation detection part; and a recording control part which records in a recording part by associating the information that indicates that the constituent member operated and a sound signal when the operation timing determination part determines that the constituent member operated.
