<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the timing to mix a specimen in an examination target acceptor with a reagent, without changing a rotation pattern for examination of a centrifugal force application device and without requiring any other device than the centrifugal force application device. <P>SOLUTION: On a flow passage forming surface 2A of a plate member 2 of a microchip 1, there are formed a specimen injection section 3, a first flow passage 21, a storage tank 16, a mixing tank 20 and a second flow passage 22. The first flow passage 21 is formed in such a manner that, when the microchip 1 is revolved at a first revolution angle 30° or more with respect to a direction of a centrifugal force CF, an injected liquid EL of an examination target flows from the liquid injection section 3 to the storage tank 16. The second flow passage 22 is formed in such a manner that, when the microchip 1 is revolved at a second revolution angle 60° or more larger than the first revolution angle 30° with respect to the direction of the centrifugal force CF, the stored liquid EL of the examination target flows from the storage tank 16 to the mixing tank 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
