<p>The system is equipped with: a unit-configuring apparatus (2) assembled so that individual processing units (1) are interchangeable; a loader (3) that conveys workpieces (W) in and out; and a loader control device (4). For each processing unit (1), there are one or multiple alignment points (P) at which the loader control device (4) makes the loader (3) perform alignment. A marker (M), which indicates a reference point (OU) is provided on each processing unit (1) and a marker-reading means (21) that determines the position of the reference point (OU) by reading the marker (M) is provided on the loader (3). The loader control device (4) comprises a reference point position storage means (31) that stores the position of the reference point (OU) of each processing unit (1) determined by the marker-reading means (21), and a relative position storage means (31) in which the relative positions of the alignment points (P) of each processing unit (1) are set.</p> |
