<p>An imaging device comprises a solid-state imaging device and an objective optical unit. The solid-state imaging device has a substrate, one surface of which is sectioned into: a light-receiving unit region in which a light-receiving unit is provided that generates an imaging signal of a captured optical image of a subject; a circuit unit region in which a circuit unit is provided that performs signal processing of the imaging signal generated in the light-receiving unit and generates a driving signal for driving the light-receiving unit; and a terminal unit region in which a plurality of terminals are provided that are used when signals are exchanged between the circuit unit and an external device. The objective optical unit has: an objective lens unit configured by including a unit main body equipped with an objective lens group for forming an optical image of the subject and a holding frame to which the unit main body is held securely; and a prism for bending the optical axis of the unit main body and guiding the optical image passing through the objective lens unit into the light-receiving unit of the solid-state imaging device. The prism of the objective optical unit is disposed on the light-receiving unit region of the substrate, and the holding frame constituting the objective lens unit of the objective optical unit is disposed on the circuit unit region.</p> |
