<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer with high conductivity, a conductive polymer aqueous solution, a conductive polymer film, and furthermore a solid electrolytic capacitor compatible with a reduction in ESR and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive polymer includes a monomeric organic acid having one anion group and one or more hydrophilic groups. The method for producing the solid electrolytic capacitor comprises the steps of forming a dielectric layer 2 on the surface of an anode conductor 1 made of a metal for valve action, forming a first conductive polymer compound layer 3A on the surface of the dielectric layer 2 through chemical oxidation and polymerization, or through electropolymerization of monomers to give the first conductive polymer compound layer 3A, and forming a second conductive polymer compound layer 3B through impregnation of the surface of the first conductive polymer compound layer 3A with a conductive polymer aqueous solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
