<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid increase in the number of arranged feeders even when a kind of a suction nozzle is changed without interfering with an adjacent mounted component. <P>SOLUTION: A control device of a component mounting machine executes a component mounting program to suck the components in a predetermined mounting order and mount them on a circuit substrate using plural kinds of suction nozzles of the component mounting machine. A mounting sequence, in which component kinds, mounting positions (X-coordinate, Y-coordinate) and kinds of the suction nozzles to be used (hereinafter, referred to as "used nozzle kind") are designated in the mounting order, is set to the component mounting program, and the used nozzle kind is set to the suction nozzle with a large nozzle diameter among the kinds of the suction nozzles that can suck the components and do not interfere with the adjacent mounted components. When the component kinds designated by the mounting sequence are identical to each other, even if the used nozzle kinds designated by the mounting sequence are different from each other, the components supplied from the same feeder are sucked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
