SUPERCONDUCTIVE THIN FILM MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive thin film material exhibiting excellent superconducting characteristics and a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: A superconductive thin film material 1 comprises a substrate 10 and a superconductive film 30 formed on the substrate 10. The superconductive film 30 includes a MOD layer 31 formed by the MOD method and a vapor phase synthesized layer 32 formed on the MOD layer 31 by the vapor phase method. Thus because the MOD layer 31 is formed at first and subsequently the vapor phase synthesized layer 32 is formed, this can prevent the deterioration in properties of the vapor phase synthesized layer 32 due to heat treatment in the process of forming the MOD layer 31 (heat treatment in the MOD method).
