<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch facilitating installation of an elastic member to a retainer. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch includes rollers 3 arranged in every wedge-shaped space 7, the annular retainer 4 having two annular parts 11, 12 and a plurality of column parts 13 and retaining the rollers 3, and the elastic member 5 mounted to the retainer 4 and biasing the rollers 3 to the narrow sides of the wedge-shaped spaces 7. The column part 13 is formed with a recessed portion 15 and has a pair of side walls 16, 17 opposed in the circumferential direction across the recessed portion 15. The elastic member 5 has a first elastic deformation portion 28 fitted in the recessed portion 15 while being compressive-elastically deformed in the circumferential direction, and a second elastic deformation portion 29 biasing the roller 3. Each of the pair of side walls 16, 17 is formed with cut-out portions 18, 19 perforating in the circumferential direction for catching the first elastic deformation portion 28 from both sides in the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
