<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a heat-resistant transparent container having not only heat resistance capable of withstanding electronic microwave heating or retort sterilization and but also having excellent transparency in a food container or the like for housing food to sale the same. <P>SOLUTION: An A-PET sheet is cooled through a primary A-PET stretching and thermal fixing process and the secondary stretching and thermal fixing process of a thermal molding machine and, in the primary stretching and heat fixing process, the A-PET sheet is primarily axially stretched by 2.0-4.0 times in the MD (longitudinal direction) at a stretching temperature of 90-120°C and subsequently primarily thermally fixed at temperature higher than the stretching temperature by 5-20°C. In the secondary stretching and thermal fixing process, the primarily stretched A-PET sheet is thermally molded at 80-130°C to be secondarily stretched while the mold, which is brought into contact with the outside of the container, is set to room temperature-120°C and the inside of the container is heated to 130-200°C to perform secondary thermal fixing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
