<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser displacement gauge which is capable of measuring a distance in simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A laser displacement gauge comprises: a light source section 11 which emits laser light; a light flux diameter change section 14 which expands a light flux diameter of emitted light and converges reflection light obtained by reflecting the expanded emitted light in reflection means 30; a light receiving section 16 which receives the reflection light; a calculation section 18 which calculates a distance to the reflection means 30 by using the emitted light and the reflection light; a displacement detection section 21 which detects displacement of the distance; a displacement output section 22 which performs output relating to the detected displacement; and a reflection section 17a which causes the light flux diameter change section 14 to transmit or reflect the emitted light from the light source section 11 via a center area by transmitting either the emitted light prior to expansion or the reflection light from the light flux diameter change section 14 therethrough and reflecting the other light, and causes the light receiving section 16 to reflect or transmit therethrough the reflection light from the light flux diameter change section 14 via an outside area that is an area outside the center area. Regarding the light flux diameter change section 14, an effective aperture with respect to reflection light is larger than a light flux diameter of emitted light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
