<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register for air conditioning in a simple structure, by which an article such as a plastic bottle is cooled or heated by air conditioning air, and air blow of air conditioning air to a cabin is not blocked. <P>SOLUTION: The register includes: a register section 1 including a retainer 10 having a register introduction inlet 12 and an air blow outlet 13 which opens to the inside of the cabin, and a fin 11 attached to the retainer 10 in a swinging manner; a cylindrical holder section 2 having a holder introduction inlet 21 in an opening state, and a holder opening 20 which opens to the inside of the cabin; a cylindrical air guide passage 3 which connects the holder introduction inlet 21 to a communicating opening 5 provided to the air condition duct or the retainer 10; and a valve member 4 integrally attached to the opening/closing body which is one of the retainer 10 and the holder section 2, and which opens/closes the air guide passage 3 by sliding along the peripheral wall of the opening/closing body.
