<p>[Problem] To provide an optical terminal material in which connection loss is small, even if the connector has a flat contact end surface. [Solution] An optical terminal film having: a light diffusion layer for causing light to diffuse, the light diffusion layer including a resin having a refractive index of 1.35-1.55, being positioned at the outermost layer, and having a connector contact surface having a flatly formed surface; and a light absorption layer including a resin having a refractive index of 1.35-1.55 and a colorant for absorbing light; the difference between the refractive index of the resin forming the light diffusion layer and the refractive index of the resin forming the light absorption layer being within a range of ±0.1.</p>
