The contact blade (100) comprises a top surface (110) and an opposite bottom surface. Two portions (111,112) are provided at the top surface. One portion (111) is arranged in lifted position with respect to another portion (112). The thickness of one portion at the top surface is greater than the thickness of another portion. The two portions at the top surface are coated with gold material. One portion (112) is designed as a recess (113) of the folded metal sheet. The regions of the portions are set with S-shaped cross section. An independent claim is included for electrical plug connector system.
