AQUEOUS ADHESIVE AND LAMINATE STRUCTURE

The purpose is to provide: an aqueous adhesive having excellent adhesion properties and used for adhering an ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer and cotton-containing fibers to one another; and a laminate structure comprising the ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer, an adhesive layer, and the cotton-containing fibers. An aqueous adhesive for adhering the ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer and the cotton-containing fibers to one another, containing a polymer having at least one type of structural unit derived from a C2-20 a-olefin, and preferably also containing water and a surfactant represented by formula (I). (In the formula, X represents a hydrogen atom or -SO3M (M being a hydrogen atom, NH4, or an alkali metal). n represents an integer between 1 and 3, inclusive. m represents an integer between 1 and 100, inclusive.)
