<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hierarchical Web page generation method that facilitates creation and is easy to use. <P>SOLUTION: A title (51) of a parent block is set as a title of the page. Each time a character string is input to a subtitle input box 54 of the parent block 20 and an addition button 57 is pressed, child blocks 21-25 having the character string as titles are displayed in order and a subtitle list is created in the parent block 20. A link icon including a title of an arbitrary Web page and a URL is generated by pressing a button 43 at the Web page, and suitably distributed to blocks.
