<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device that can reduce load applied to slide rails when a seat is inclined forward and thereby to prevent the separation of the slide rails without causing the increase of weight. <P>SOLUTION: The seat device includes: a stand 10 fixed on the vehicle body floor; slide rails 20 set up on the stand 10 slidably in the longitudinal direction; and a seat set up on the slide rails 20 via a suspension mechanism 30. In this device, a reinforcing board 50 fixed on a lower frame 32 of the suspension mechanism 30 is inserted from above into a hole formed in a stand plate 11 of the stand 10. Right and left protrusions 501 at the lower end of the reinforcing board 50 are engaged with the lower surface of the stand plate 11. This structure prevents the forward rotating operation of the lower frame 32 accompanying the forward inclination of the seat by engaging the right and left protrusions 501 of the reinforcing board 50 with the lower surface of the stand plate 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
