<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage module capable of suppressing heating by balancing when charging a power storage body made by connecting high-speed power storage elements in series, and a charge control method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage module includes: a power storage body 11 in which a plurality of battery units 111 and 112 including high-speed power storage elements B1 and B2 are connected in series; a switching element 142 connected to the power storage body 11 in series; bypass circuits 12a and 12b connected in parallel with the battery units 111 and 112, and including switching elements 122 and 124 switched so as to bypass a current passing through the corresponding battery units; and a charge control circuit 13 for controlling the switching elements 122 and 124.
