PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision device, an information provision method, an information provision program and an information provision system for providing information corresponding to the moving situations of a user.

SOLUTION: A structure information storage part is configured to store space element information showing the set of spots having at least one pair between two spots and consisting of successively connected pairs and space hierarchy information showing the space hierarchy of each spot. A structure analysis part is configured to determine the space element information of the spots included in route information from the current location to the destination and the space hierarchy information of the spots included in the route information by referring to the structure information storage part. A presentation sentence pattern storage part is configured to store presentation sentence pattern information showing the sentence pattern of the presentation information of each attribute information of the space element information. A presentation information generation part is configured to, when the space element information or the space hierarchy information changes, generate presentation information on the basis of the presentation information sentence pattern corresponding to each attribute information of the space element information which has changed by referring to the presentation sentence pattern storage part. An information presentation control part is configured to output the generated presentation information.
